Hope is an enthusiastic, organised highly motivated accountant, an articulate and instrumental role player in managing the financial direction of a business. He has good interpersonal skills with a strong personality and builds relationships at all levels of the business with a desire to carve out a successful career in accounting

Experience 

Hope joined ACLAIM Africa Ltd in 2005 as the Logistician for the Africa Management Forum and then joined the Financial Services Bureau of ACLAIM in 2006 as a Trainee Accountant. He is currently a Funds Manager in control of funds for several projects under ACLAIM

Competencies 

• Technological awareness - Solid computer skills including proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Computerised Accounting Packages – QuickBooks and Pastel
• Projects Financial analysis
• Project Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation
• Knowledge of donor accounting policies and procedures (multi-donor reporting), as well as other legal aspects of grants and awards management.  
• Financial Monitoring, Budgeting and Evaluation
