Senior Financial Consultant and Trainer An energetic and dynamic British Chartered Accountant with a passion for transforming organisations, Sam has that rare combination of undoubted technical expertise, together with the ability to simplify, communicate and engage. She has been in Uganda since 2001.
Experience
Sam spent 3 years auditing in London, followed by 2 years with Carr Stanyer Sims & Co in Kampala. She joined ACLAIM in 2003, and has headed up the Financial Services Bureau (2003) and Financial Consultancy and Training department (2004-2007). She has carried out a wide range of assignments in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia and UK. Clients include Barclays Bank, World Bank, Church of Uganda, CARE, Red Cross, Mango and many smaller NGOs, MFIs and businesses. Now a Mum, she works part time.
