Lilian is a highly efficient, performance driven professional who is motivated to perform tasks with excellence and attention to detail. She enthusiastically passes on her technical expertise to both finance and non-finance professionals through participatory approach training, coaching and mentoring.

Experience 

Lilian has gained immense experience from working in both the NGO and the private sector since 1999. She has worked with Laikipia Wildlife Forum, Mount Kenya Petroleum Distributors and Mount Kenya Service Station all in Nanyuki, Kenya.

Lilian joined ACLAIM Africa Ltd in 2003 as an Accountant & Accounting Consultant and rose to be a Senior Accounting Consultant and Assistant Team Leader in the Financial Services Bureau. She joined the Financial Consultancy Department in September 2008.
