Fabian Nabugoomu B Stat., MSc, PhD – New Chairman Board of Directors

A Statistician, he is former Head of the Department of Mathematics at Makerere University, Kampala and Former Deputy Director Presidential Initiative on Banana Industralisation Development (PIBID) project. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of ICT at the Uganda Christian University Mukono. He brings on board a range of unique Marketing and other Research and Data analysis expertise. Fabian is also a founder member of ACLAIM Africa Ltd.

He holds an Upper Second Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from Makerere University Kampala a First Class Post – Graduate Diploma in Statistics from the same University, a MSc (Statistics from University of Guelph Ontario, Canada and a PJ.D (Statistics) University of Edinburg, Scotland.

He has over 25 years of teaching experience in the Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics Department of Mathemetics, Makerere University and Faculty of Science and Technology and Uganda Christian University Mukono.

GRAHAM D Q CARR

Mr. Carr is a founder member of ACLAIM Africa. He is an experienced executive, consultant and trainer with a strong focus on people and their development, on high principles and their embodiment in organizations and on accountability.

Though retired from active office work, Graham continues to consult and train with ACLAIM Africa, particularly in the non-financial management personnel in finances and managing people, time and organizations.

Graham was responsible for initial set up, development, leadership, marketing and management of ACLAIM Africa.

He is an elected fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He enjoys rich relationships with his family and church and keeps himself exercised and physically fit.
