She has experience in managing a recruitment process. Naomi is experienced in organisational auditing and has an eye for gender considerations in programmes and projects. She is skilled in proposal writing.

Organisational audit involving all aspects including programme activities to ascertain whether they are in line with the original goals and objectives of the organisation. Trained and experienced in carrying out diagnostic survey of institutions Streamlining gender issues in programmes and projects Training Needs Assessment. Developing of various training modules based on the training needs identified. Has skills in the management of training functioin, including training needs assessment, design, implememtation and evaluation of training programmes. Skills in participatory training techniques and methodologies, Development of training materials e.g. manuals, tools, and other audio-visual aids. Writing training manuals and facilitating TOT and evaluation of training materials, in content, and layout design.
Responsibilities held at ACLAIM Naomi is a Senior Consultant Training & Capacity Building Naomi also doubles as the Quality Co-ordinator. She represents ACLAIM on all quality matters pertinent to the management quality system. Naomi’s objective as Quality Co-ordinator is to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management system ISO 9001:2000 which ACLAIM subscribes to

Other information - Naomi is a married lady and has four children with her husband Ezekiel Muhanguzi.

- Naomi confesses that Jesus is Lord and serves on various church based institutions as a technical advisor.
